When you choose Evergreen Building Inspection Services to inspect your home, you can expect prompt, thorough service. Our company evaluates the general conditions of the property and house, including exterior, plumbing, electrical, attic, basement, crawl space, structure, heating, interior and roof. At the completion of your inspection, we provide you with a comprehensive written report, which includes a summary letter detailing our findings, a check list referred to as the Fact Sheet and a maintenance sheet outlining ongoing attention necessary for every home.


Standards and certifications
Warren L. Harkcom is a licensed Home Inspector and Structural Pest Inspector in the State of Washington. All inspections reported by Warren exceed the Standards of Practice as outlined by the State of Washington. He is a member of the Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers and Inspectors (FREA). He is covered by Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance, Liability Insurance, and Structural Pest Inspection (SPI) Surety Bond. 

NOTE: The State of Washington does not require Home Inspectors to carry E & O Insurance or Liability Insurance.  Our company chooses to carry this protection in an effort to cover all parties involved during unforeseen circumstances.
